The Goss-IP girl has come across these two pair of shoes that look strikingly similar. The shoe on the right is a classic Miu Miu jewelled heel from the spring 2013 collection, retailing at well over $500, whilst the one on the left is currently for sale at Urban Outfitters for a more modest $59.99. Urban outfitter has been known for knocking off designers. The Goss-IPgirl guest blogged about this on the IPKAT here. A trend said to be attributed to fast fashion's culture, that see's the replication of fashion designs from runway to high street in a matter of weeks, and some fashion & cultural critics attribute to fashion media tendencies that encourage the public to purchase knock-off versions of high-end designs. But are these two shoes a little too close for comfort?
